NILE is a highly integrated ultra-low power standalone certified multi-protocol module supporting concurrent Bluetooth 5.0 and Thread/ZigBee/ANT. It has an integrated NFC-A tag. This small form-factor module reduces the system cost and gives design flexibility by integrating a high performance ARM Cortex-M4 with 1MB flash and 256KB RAM. This fine-tuned RF module includes all the analog front-end, crystals and antenna for low cost implementation of high performance devices with long range, low power and reliable wireless operation.

NILE module is based on Nordic nRF52840 SoC. This module reduces user’s development cost and time to market with integrated wireless stacks, network stack, and application APIs and all the advanced security features supported by ARM Trust Zone Cryptocell-310. NILE comes with a highly advanced development environment for applications in various IoT verticals like Wearables, Home Automation, Industrial IoT and Smart Medical. Module is available in industrial temperature grade.
